Remotely Upgrade Firmware

You can remotely upgrade CareTech nurse call IP call points firmware once IP infrastructure is in place. This allows for compliance or feature changes to be implemented without a technician necessarily attending site, or without needing to remove the hardware from the wall.

Caters for RTLS Hardware

Each IP nurse call point also caters for RTLS hardware, allowing nurses to check-in to the room without any interaction. Once they are checked in, an automatic emergency will be escalated if any call button is pressed.

Scalable System

A true IP solution, the CareTech IP Nurse Call System is scalable using IP, Wi-Fi, Radio, RS485 technology infrastructure. The system will work over all mediums and can be retro fitted into existing infrastructure. The system is designed to reduce costs while leveraging either existing technology infrastructure or a new infrastructure.
